Book and pay a deposit
Choose your cleaner, pick a date and time, and pay a one-hour deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice.
Your cleaner arrives
Your cleaner shows up at the agreed time and gets to work. You can leave notes or special instructions when you book.
Pay the balance, leave a review
After the job, your cleaner invoices for the actual hours worked. Pay the balance and leave a review to help the community.

Set your rate and availability
You decide your hourly rate (minimum CAD $20/hr) and which days you're available. Update anytime from your dashboard.

Clients book you directly. You'll be notified of new requests and can manage your schedule from your cleaner dashboard.
Invoice and get paid
After each job, invoice the client for the actual hours worked. The client's deposit is deducted automatically — you receive the balance.
Good to know
Deposit model
Clients pay a one-hour deposit at checkout to confirm their booking. This is deducted from the final invoice — you only pay the balance after the clean.
Transparent pricing
Cleaners set their own hourly rate. The rate you see on a profile is the all-in price — no hidden fees added at checkout.
Cancellation policy
Same-day cancellations without notice, or cancellations after the cleaner has arrived, result in a forfeited deposit. We ask for at least a few hours' notice out of respect for your cleaner's time.
Cleaner cancellations
If your cleaner cancels or doesn't show up, you'll receive a full deposit refund within 3–5 business days — no questions asked.
Background-checked and reviewed
Every cleaner is background-checked before joining. Client reviews are verified and tied to real bookings, so you always know who's coming to your home.
Actual hours, fair pay
Cleaners invoice for the actual hours worked after each job. This means you only pay for the time spent — and cleaners are fairly compensated for every minute.
